If human bodies could do anything, what would you want them to do?
The majority spoke about flying. Interestingly though when I asked further, “how would they fly?” they consistently spoke of as if in water, often going on to talk about various acrobatic sea animals such as dolphins and seals, or even a very fluid moving butterfly. It seemed there is primordial desire to return to a watery environment. This could connect directly to our gestation in the womb but seemed, in my opinion, to be more connected to our ancient primordial origins. Some people went on to describe a fantasy of people as being less physically defined entities, like molecules or amoeba that could float, or vaporizing at will, fly and move freely but also transform, especially when they came in contact with other entities.
Responses other than flying were:
“To have transparent flesh, so we could see what is really going on with the muscles, organs and homeostatic bodily systems.”
“To be able to have two bodies but inhabiting them both with one consciousness.”
“To have the ability to transform in size and shape at any moment.”
“Show that you are happy.”
“To shrink and grow to shrink and grow, so as to see the world from a different perspective and be able to recreate the world, build landscapes make things better.”
